Important Notice for Interstate & Overseas Guests Re: Hospitality Package
The accommodation venue - the Stamford Grand Hotel - is in very high demand during the summer months, so unfortunately we are not able to hold hotel rooms past Monday November 29.
Convention delegates who register before November 29 (and pay before December 17) will be assured of their accommodation at the discounted group rate.
However, after November 29, we cannot guarantee hotel accommodation for delegates who have not registered their details. After this date, delegates may need to make their own accommodation arrangements at or near Glenelg.
Flight Times
To ensure you are able to make the bus from the hotel to the BBQ on Wednesday 26th Jan, we suggest you arrive at Adelaide Airport by 10:30am. To ensure you make your departure flight on Sunday 30th Jan, we suggest you book flights no earlier than 5.20pm.
