The YDPSA, or the Young Druze Professionals of South Australia, was formed
in November 1998 under the need to get the young men and women of South
Australia’s Druze community working together.
One of the main goals of the YPDSA is to promote the Tawhid faith within
the Druze community. This is done by organising worthwhile functions and
activities, whether they are social, religious, educational or recreational
events.
We seek to accomplish these goals through networking and increased interaction
between the younger members, who will one day become the future leaders
of the community.
The YDPSA is not only open to professionals with academic degrees, but
also young business people, and generally any Druze person between
the ages of 17 and 40 who is willing to be actively involved
within the community.
If you fit into that category, it is up to you to take that first step
and join us in achieving our goals. Promote your religion, maintain your
heritage, and set an example for future young generations to do the same.
